Google GA4 analytics tracking and Meta/ Facebook pixel are used in this website.
No other information is collected unless you choose to contact us via the contact form, or choose to make a booking from the website.
In which case, the information collected falls under the category of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes only your booking name, contact telephone number, and email address.
When a booking is made through our website, we employ a third-party booking system (Activity Box and Ventrata) as well as a secure transactional processor (Moneris) for payment processing. The booking system will prompt you to provide a booking name, contact telephone, email address and billing details, credit card information, and other transaction-related data) This information is utilized solely to confirm your booking, process your payment, and maintain communication regarding the status of your reservation. Credit card information submitted during the booking process is solely used for payment processing through Moneris and is not stored by us or the booking system.
Furthermore, before partaking in our services, you may be required to electronically sign a waiver on-site at our location. The Personally Identifiable Information collected on this waiver includes your name and signature.
Sharing Customer Information
Any Personally Identifiable Information gathered from customers is exclusively used for booking purposes and is stored securely in an encrypted database. Tremblant Virtual Reality and all authorized users of the booking system are strictly prohibited from selling, trading, renting, or otherwise transmitting any customer’s Personally Identifiable Information, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the booking system for all authorized users.
Tremblant Virtual Reality may be compelled to disclose Personally Identifiable Information in response to a court order, subpoena, or government investigation, and authorized users reserve the right to report any activities they genuinely believe to be unlawful to law enforcement agencies. Release of Personally Identifiable Information may also occur if it is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply any Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
