GUEST SERVICE SUPERSTAR – STARTING MID DECEMBER

Full time. Starting mid-December.
20 – 40 hours per week (depending on season).
18.50 per hour + team sales bonus + discounts and other benefits.

Main duties.
-Interact and engage with customers, families and children, providing excellent customer service.
-Make reservations, handle inquiries, monitor play sessions, deploy RV equipment and systems.
-Manage center operations.

Skills and experience required.
-Excellent communicator – spoken French and English
-Strong computer skills (PC windows)
-Experience in customer service/client/family/child relations.
-Mature, reliable, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
-Able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
-Currently lives in the area / has access to transportation / can easily get to Tremblant.
