Services Provided

Tremblant VR offers the following services:

• Timed Virtual Reality game sessions for individuals, families, and groups

• VR headset rentals

• Sale of non-alcoholic beverages at our location

All services are provided at: Tremblant Virtual Reality Inc, Unit E3, E4, E5 Ch. Kandahar, Mont-Tremblant, J8E 1E5, Québec.

Booking & Payment Policy

Bookings for game sessions and rentals can be made:

• Online via our website: tremblantvr.com

• By telephone: 819-717-4092

• In person at our location during operating hours

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and all prices are subject to applicable taxes.

For VR headset rentals, a security deposit per headset must be provided in person via credit card at the time of pickup. This is a hold on funds, not a charge. The deposit is fully released upon the timely return of undamaged and complete rental equipment. If equipment is damaged, missing parts, or returned late, the cost of replacement or additional rental days will be deducted from the held amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations & Changes: Bookings can be modified or canceled with a full refund if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
