GUEST SERVICE SUPERSTAR:  18YRS+ FULL TIME

20 – 40 hours per week (depending on season).
Starting $21.50 per hour + discounts and other benefits.

Main duties.
Making sales and processing bookings, responding to enquiries.
Help guests play VR, children, adults, groups
Provide exceptional guest service
Manage VR equipment and systems.
Maintain center cleanliness
Daily opening and closing duties.

Skills needed.
Confident communicator – French and English
Professional, presentable, organized, reliable
Ability to multi-task, work alone at times during quiet periods,
Work autonomously without constant supervision.
Strong competence with PC computers
Knowledge / genuine interest in VR/PC gaming is beneficial

Requirements
18 years+
Bilingual spoken – French and English
Must have valid work permit
Available to work ‘Tourism hours’ including evenings and weekends

Must currently live locally in the Tremblant region and easily be able to get to and from Tremblant resort.
