Both the owner and one of his employees were very nice and accommodating to our family. They paid attention to the kids were there to answer any questions. We’re super nice and friendly. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Allowed me to even try out a new flight simulator game system that they were in the process of installing. Found this place accidentally as I was walking around the village on my last day in Mont Tremblant. Leo was very kind and helpful and took time showing me around and answering my questions. When I wanted to change from the car race to the games, Leo was very understanding and assisted me with the game set up and with the particular features of each game every time. Brought my grandson here for a break after skiing. The staff was super helpful and spent a lot of time explaining and aiding my grandson in the games when needed. There are so many options it's hard to choose but staff made great suggestions for all age groups.  Highly recommend taking a break and having fun here. Any age will enjoy. What a fun experience! A shoutout to Maika, who made our VR experience a really great one at Tremblant! She took the time to walk/help us through different games etc…, we highly recommend this little spot!
